Your WinTV will allow you to watch television and movies. Please tune in every morning to channel 14 to view the morning news.

Adding channels to WinTV

Troubleshooting tips from Julie...
If your WinTV isn’t working, start by making sure the dongle is secure by pushing in all of the connections. If that doesn’t work, restart your computer.

Tips from Julie:

Q: What should I do if I open WinTV and nothing happens?

A: Restart the computer. (I'm trying to work on a better solution for this, but for now this is all I know that works.)

If that doesn't work, create a help ticket.

Q: What should I do if I open WinTV and it says "Tuner Unavailable" at the top of the WinTV screen or no channels appear?

A: 1. Close WinTV

2. Go to the back of your computer and unplug the dongle and plug it back in.

3. Open WinTV again.

4. Cross your fingers.

5. If that doesn't work, create a help ticket.
