Family Engagement

TCMS offers a variety of opportunities for families to participate in their child's learning. Anyone interested in helping must first register as a volunteer with FCPS and clear a criminal background check.

Standards Family Guides

The Kentucky Academic Standards (KAS) Family Guides have been developed to help families familiarize themselves with the content of each grade level’s standards. Each guide contains a standards overview for Reading & Writing, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.  Just below the guides, you will find A Family's Guide to Understanding Student Assessment.

Adoptive Families

Adoption Support for Kentucky (ASK) provides regular support group meetings.
